Intro Course:

This small-group course teaches teens exactly how we train—so they feel comfortable, capable, and ready to continue.
After the intro course, teens can continue with a 2-month discounted unlimited membership to attend our regular 6 days/week classes, keeping them active through the summer and heading into the school year with momentum.
