All you need to bring are clothes to workout in, shoes to workout in*, water, and most importantly: belief in yourself, a good attitude & the desire to get better.
*Please make sure the shoes you bring to workout in are not dirty - we want our floors to stay reasonably clean! Our personal favorites are NoBull Trainers and Nike Metcons.

Workouts consist of four main elements: a warm-up, the “WOD” (workout of the day), skill/strength training, and a cool-down.
Things to get excited about outside of the programming:
1) Not having to come up with a workout yourself.
2) Not having to wait for someone to get done using the equipment you want.
3) A coach that is there to teach and support you.
4) A community (gym family) rooting you on.
5) Working on GPP — General Physical Preparedness.
There are no specific leg days, arm days, back days, etc. We are training for strength, mobility, and functionality in every day activities.

Absolutely not. We mean it. The beauty of CrossFit is that it caters to any and all ages, experiences, and abilities. Yes, there are incredibly talented and elite athletes that compete in the CrossFit space, but that’s the minority.
We program each workout with all abilities in mind, incorporating scaling and modifications. Do not let your preconceptions intimidate you!
We'd love to recommend our CrossFit Lite classes, each weekday at 6:00a. They're a great gateway!

If you purchase a monthly membership, you’re welcome to join any and all classes that work in your schedule. You don’t have to come to our 6:00 am class every day if half the time it works better in your schedule to come at 4:30 pm. Memberships (outside of punch cards and drop-ins) include unlimited classes. Currently, we do not have open gym hours, as we want to make sure our members have the hang of the concepts before turning them loose.
