  • Lion Chaser is designed primarily for girls in grades 7–12 who have prior wrestling experience and are looking for additional opportunities to train, compete, and grow.

    Athletes can expect:

    • High-quality folkstyle and freestyle instruction

    • A competitive and encouraging training environment

    • Individualized attention through intentionally limited membership

    • Practice: Sundays, 3:00–5:00 PM at Ottumwa High School

    • Membership: $100/month, billed automatically
