Saturdays | 7:00a, 8:00a
Classes vary in movements, intensity, and length. They focus on strength, mobility, and endurance. You’ll have programming that is scalable to your fitness level, a coach guiding you through the entire workout, and a community surrounding you that is doing the same workout at the same time, and rooting you on.

Lite programming features the same workouts as our Masters Class, offering a lower-impact version of our programming. It’s a great way to kickstart your fitness journey while focusing on overall health, wellness, and long-term longevity.

The core of what we do is functional fitness. This class is geared toward those 50+ years of age, focusing on mobility, flexibility, and overall function and energy levels. These workouts will be scaled versions of the regular 23:20 classes, proving that functional fitness is achievable, fun, and extremely beneficial for all ages.

23:20 Foundations
Select Saturdays
This is our introductory course. You’ll learn basic form, how to use equipment, and what to expect during normal classes. Foundations will give you the knowledge to walk into our regular classes feeling comfortable, informed, and capable. It is not required, but highly encouraged. -
23:20 Kids
Sundays | 4:00 - 4:45p
Through structured fitness, kids will burn energy while leaning foundational movements in a fun, supportive environment.
