    These three words are what we stand on and what we expect our members’ actions & words to create, foster, and maintain in everything they do.

  • Let your coach be the coach.

    We are here to help you and are qualified to. If your form or someone else’s form may cause harm to you or others, we will take corrective action. We expect you to listen to our guidance and not take it upon yourself to coach others.

  • Be punctual - it'll pay off!

    Programming is created assuming punctuality. Please be early to give yourself a buffer to put your shoes and workout clothes on, as programming is created to take up the entire hour window. You can chat while we stretch and warm up!

  • Remember the beauty of CrossFit.

    CrossFit is designed to suit all ability levels, and that’s the beauty of it! Different ability levels & the “why”s behind each member are what makes each person who walks through the door unique. Do not compare or compete against each other. We are a tribe that cheers one another on!

  • Keep your gym tidy and well-maintained.

    Please treat the equipment and the space well. Do not drop bare barbells if you don’t absolutely have to, and if you get a piece of equipment out, please make sure you put it back where you found it.

  • Be okay with not being good at something.

    Effort earns respect. We hope you will come each day with an open mind and a willingness to work on things that are out of your comfort zone. Be okay with modifying and slowing down - it just means you’re getting better at things you might not be an expert at!
