Strength and Conditioning: Our program combines age-appropriate weightlifting and gymnastics with high-intensity training. Whether your teen is an accomplished athlete or less active, our scalable workouts help build strength and endurance.
Proper Mechanics and Movement: 23:20 Teens takes athletes to the next level by teaching proper mechanics, recovery, movement, nutrition, and flexibility. For non-athletes, it establishes healthy lifestyle habits.
Agility and Mobility: Basic gymnastics exercises enhance agility, mobility, and flexibility. These skills are valuable not only for sports but also for everyday activities.
Confidence and Self-Esteem: As teenagers participate in these exercises, they gradually build their strength, endurance, and overall fitness levels. This not only aids their physical development but also prepares them for the challenges they may face in future sports and activities.
